3 Bedroom House in Little Kowaliga, Eclectic

Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings.
You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.
We're here when you need us but stay out of your way otherwise.
This is a quiet and private street, a complete getaway with houses spaced out. The neighbors do all know each other and keep an eye out for each other.
There is a smart lock available for guest use and will be provided to you on your day of check in.
There are vaulted ceilings and windows in the open plan living area. The master bedroom also has views of the lake from bed!
You've got a flat screen and HD sports package and a sound bar.
You'll need a car to get around but once you are at the house, you'll probably never want to get in your car. We do not have a boat ramp, the closest boat ramp is Kowaliga Marina or an access close to Children's Harbor. We do have a floating dock for easy boat docking.
We do have an 65$ pet fee for guests for each dog. For example, two dogs would be $130 for the entire stay. We only allow dogs. Please note if booking on Airbnb, they now allows you to pay a single pet fee, but if you have more than one pet, we will charge you for those additional prior to arrival.
There is one ring camera at the front door that points towards the driveway and entrance.

Summary: Nero's Point is a lovely house. Private and situated right on the lake with marvelous views. There are multiple spots outside to enjoy the lake – a gazebo by the water, a swing, dock and a gazebo on the deck. It's loaded with windows so everywhere you look there's lake. It's clean, neat and well maintained. Lots of room. Three bedrooms and two baths. And a very nice kitchen. It's close to Spring House for a terrific dining experience. If we go back to Lake Martin we'll definitely go back here.

Summary: We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for a four night stay and were greeted with spectacular views of Lake Martin as we turned into the driveway. The home was meticulously prepared for our stay. While we explored trails at nearby parks, we mostly spent our time enjoying the serene views. The docks, swing, gazebos and especially the Adirondack chairs were our spots. We left on Wednesday feeling rested and restored. We will definitely be back!!!

Summary: We are no strangers to lake Martin, usually camping at wind creek but this time decided to rent a house. The biggest factors for us were a boat dock and fur baby friendly! This property fit the bill! Looking forward to returning.

Summary: This is our second year staying at Nero’s point and it did not disappoint. The location is incredible. 270° of water, in October it was so nice to find a sunny spot in the water no matter what time of day. I am imagine in the summer it’s nice to follow the shade. We played horseshoes and jumped off the dock. Lots to do and enjoy! It’s nice to be. Lose to Kowaliga marina and restaurant for a quick boat ride over. The house is great. Well appointed, comfortable, and clean. Charlsey is a very responsive host. We will absolutely look for an excuse to stay here again.
